TECHNICAL
The objective of the Pentant ‘CusLink’ service is to provide 100%
system and network availability 24-hours a day, 7-days a week,
365 days a year.
A significant hardware and network infrastructure incorporating
advanced monitoring and security features enables these high
levels of service availability to be maintained.
Diverse networks provide alternative routes to CHIEF and CHIEF
Back-up to ensure continuity of service.
The Pentant ‘CusLink’ service incorporates the following features:
24 hour manning and monitoring
Fully switched Gigabit network
High Capacity Uninterruptible Power Supply
20 minutes UPS back-up
Auxiliary 350KVA diesel generators
Cooling System with 20% redundancy
FM200 Fire Suppression
Continuous environmental monitoring
Access protected by secure key card entry control, CCTV
monitoring and recording and a NACOSS approved
intruder detection system.
