BIOGRAPHIES
Phil Waldron (Managing Director) has more than thirty-five years
experience in the Freight industry. After a career at sea he moved on to
Container Terminal operations and later Ship Agency. He joined one of
the major CSPs (Community System Providers) and over a 15 year
period brought a creative and practical approach to concepts, system
design, project and quality management.
Derek Dubber (Commercial Director) is a Business Consultant with
more than thirty years experience in the Port and Shipping industries.
After a period with the largest UK Ports group he spent some twenty
years in Operations, Planning and Marketing for a major Container
Terminal. He was then instrumental in establishing a large CSP as its
Head of Business Development. He was a member of the worldwide
SMDG – a group of ports and carriers responsible for defining message
standards in the Container shipping industry.
Martin Goodwin (Technical Director) is an IT professional and a
director of his own IT consultancy, with over 20 years working with the
airline industry. He specialises in inter-system communication, in
particular interfaces to Customs systems both in the UK and abroad. He
was consultant business analyst for the DHL project to link their in-
house systems with ACP90. Currently he represents the Fast Parcels
Operators in discussions with the European Commission on
implementation of Import and Export Security messages.
